Bringing his own dental legacy of clinical and teaching experience to the practice of Frank A. Ross, Jr., DDS & Associates in 2014, Dr. Joby Joseph has finally found home. Born and raised in New York, he graduated in the top quarter of his class from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2001, and became a Chief Dental Resident at the Nassau University Medical Center on Long Island. In 2003, he moved to Milford, where he has served the dental needs of New Haven and Fairfield County communities for over 16 years.
To foster his love of teaching, Dr. Joseph gained an Attending Faculty position at Yale-New Haven Hospital's Department of Dentistry, with a staff appointment at the Yale University School of Medicine. To help those in need and the underserved, Dr. Joseph has volunteered through Crossroads Community Church in Trumbull, including international mission trips to Ethiopia & Kenya. He is especially involved with the Grace Community Education Centre, which provides free education, food, and care to children of the Njathaini Village of Nairobi.
Most importantly, he serves as husband to his wife Deepa and father to his two children. When he's not spending time with his family, you'll find him wandering museums, exploring cities and nature trails, or playing Xbox #jobytime.
Born and raised in Bridgeport, Dr. Frank Ross graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1975, where he was part of OKU, the esteemed National Dental Honor Society. Returning to Connecticut, Dr. Ross joined the practice of his own family dentist, Dr. Daniel Gabriele, where they worked together until Dr. Gabriele's retirement.
Starting his family in Stratford, Dr. Ross later moved to Trumbull, keeping his Stratford home and turning it into the modern dental practice you see today.
With his warm, welcoming nature and quality dental care, Dr. Ross has served generations of families for over 40 years. Dr. Ross is an active member of the ADA, CSDA and Bridgeport Dental Society, and has served as Chairman of the Peer Review Committee.
Dr. Ross and his wife Kathy now reside in New Fairfield, where they love to spend time on Candlewood Lake with their children, grandchildren, and family friends. Ever since high school, Dr. Ross has been physically active with sports and water activities. If you're one of the lucky few, he'll play his accordion for you.
Dr. Carrie Gray grew up in NY and attended the State University of New York at Buffalo where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree with Honors. She continued on to earn her DMD from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in 2002, also graduating with Honors. She obtained post graduate training with a year long residency at Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
She and her husband moved to Connecticut in 2003, where she has been practicing dentistry ever since, beginning with Frank A. Ross & Associates! She is passionate about educating patients and is an avid believer in preventative and conservative dentistry.
Dr. Gray lives in Connecticut with her husband and their two teenage daughters. Most of her free time is spent with her family shuttling between the dance studio, field hockey and volleyball courts. When not at one of her daughters' activities, she likes to spend time outside with her husband walking their “third child”, their rescue dog Shadow.
